This website, as well as any and all associated websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Website"), is operated by LibertyLink Technologies, LLC, doing business as VerifyVend ("Verify Vend," "us/we/our"). We offer various branded Cards ("Card"), including all information, products, and services available from this Website, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all these terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE CARD OR THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website or the Card.

Notice of Arbitration

These Terms and use of the Card require you to submit most disputes to mandatory arbitration. You agree to submit any dispute related to the Card, this Website, or these Terms of Use to binding individual arbitration rather than proceeding in court, except for small claims court.

You may not order or obtain the Card if you (a) do not agree to these Terms, (b) are not at least 18 years of age, or (c) are prohibited from accessing this Website by applicable law. You shall not use the Card for any illegal purposes.

Definitions

The Card is a closed-loop prepaid card, only available for use at merchants that choose to accept our Card. This Card and the funds loaded onto it are not associated with any card network and it is not part of any debit network.

"Card" means all Prepaid Cards issued to you, whether in virtual or physical form. "You" and "Your" mean the person authorized to use the Card. "We," "Us," and "Our" mean Verify Vend, the issuer of the Card.

Card Issuance

You are opening a prepaid card with us. A physical card can be requested via the Verify Vend website at no cost. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to apply for and use the Card. By applying for and using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Loading Funds

You may load funds onto the Card at any authorized Verify Vend location or via any other method made available by us. The minimum amount that can be loaded onto the Card at any one time is $10, and the maximum is $1,000. We may change these limits at our discretion. A fee may be charged for loading funds onto the Card.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for transactions made within our network. Please exercise caution when using your VerifyVend card and ensure all transaction details are correct before completing a payment.

VerifyVend is a brand of LibertyLink Technologies, LLC ("VerifyVend," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through verifyvend.com, how we use it, and the terms that apply when you choose to receive text messages or phone calls from us.

Information we collect

When you use the forms on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name (Partner with us), and the details of your question or inquiry, such as the amount, date and last four card digits of a charge you're asking about. We also record the date and time of your submission and which contact options you selected.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your question, look up a charge, follow up on a partnership inquiry, and keep a record of your communication preferences. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS text messaging terms

Program description. If you check the "Text me (SMS)" box on one of our forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from VerifyVend (LibertyLink Technologies, LLC) at the phone number you provided. Messages relate to your inquiry, charge question or VerifyVend's payment and kiosk services. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

If you provide your mobile number at a participating store when paying with VerifyVend, you may also receive service texts about that payment, such as a notice that your bank has flagged a purchase. The same STOP and HELP options apply.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your carrier apply to messages sent and received.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. You can also opt out by emailing support@verifyvend.com or calling 855-553-9974.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@verifyvend.com or 855-553-9974.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors that help us deliver messages and are bound to use it only for that purpose.

Phone calls

If you check the "Call me" box, you agree to receive phone calls from VerifyVend at the number you provided about your inquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time by telling the caller, emailing support@verifyvend.com, or calling 855-553-9974. Consent to receive calls is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you (for example, email delivery and messaging vendors), and only for that purpose; when required by law; or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not share your phone number or opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Retention and security

Form submissions are delivered to our customer service team by email and retained as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of your communication preferences. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information.
